BillSplit Terms of Use
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using BillSplit, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use BillSplit. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use BillSplit for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these terms.
No Warranty
BillSplit is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChimiDevelopment is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of BillSplit.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChimiDevelopment from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of BillSplit or your violation of these Terms.
App Store Terms
If you downloaded BillSplit from Apple's App Store, Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app and is not responsible for any claims relating to it. If you downloaded BillSplit from Google Play, your use is also subject to Google Play's Terms of Service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of BillSplit after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to BillSplit at any time if you violate these terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
